Setting up your public profile


As an agent you can build a basic public profile. Why? We use this information to communicate to the customer you'll meet with. This way, they'll have have a grasp on whom they are meeting with and how to contact you if need be. After all, you are the face of your company in the customer's eyes.

How to configure?

Editing your public profile.

How to:

  1. Go to Navigation >
  2. Fill in your desired detailsmceclip0.png
  3. Save by pressing the white checkmark in the upper right corner.

Your updated profile will now be used in all further communication with clients! 

Activating or deactivating your public profile, what does it mean?

When customers schedule an appointment, they see which agents are available. Whether you are shown or not depends on your public profile and your availability.
You can deactivate your public profile at any times to prevent customers from scheduling appointments with you.

How to:

  1. Go to Navigation > Profile
  2. Click on the switch next to your name to activate/deactivate your status
  3. Save your changes and you're all set!

How to:

  1. Go to Navigation > Profile
  2. Click on the image next to your name
  3. Upload your desired photo and crop it.
  4. Save your changes with the white checkmark in the upper right corner!

Your profile picture is now set!

I can't change my roles or linked offices. Why?

Changing roles or linked offices does not fall under your responsibilities. It is something under the supervision of either the office manager or your company's admin. Please contact them for further information!

What is the difference between my public profile and my Skedify account?

In the Skedify application you have 2 types of profiles.
Your Skedify profile is the profile you use to log into the application.
This profile can be linked to one ormore companies.

Your public profile is the profile that is linked to the plugin for customers to schedule an appointment with you.

You can find your Public profile in:

  • Navigation > Profile

Your Skedify profile can be found at:

  • Navigation > Settings (in the lower left corner)
