As an office manager you can set up a new appointment with a customer at any time. This appointment can be between the customer and yourself, or you can easily assign someone from your office team.
Setting up a new appointment
How to:
- Go to Navigation > Calendar and choose if you want to schedule a meeting for yourself or for an agent.
- decide if you want to book a slot for the client or let the client choose
- Add the team member you want to schedule an appointment for.
- Select a category
- Select a date & time or invite the customer to make a suggestion.
Click 'Send' and your invitation is send out!
