How is the availability shown to customers determined?

When customers make appointments via the website, other rules are applied than when internal appointments are made through the agents application. Customers are not aware of the work methods and rules about how you manage your appointments.

The availability that is shown towards the customers depends on:

  • the chosen subject (=expertise)
  • the employees that can help the customers for a certain subject
  • the availability of these employees in their Skedify agenda and their coupled agendas
  • the earliest shown available slot (you can choose for as soon as possible, the next day or only next week). this is a parameter determined by te administrator and is the same for every subject and every employee
