Getting started with insights

In Skedify metrics concerning your appointments are built in. Those metrics will give you the opportunity to analyse your organisation with regards to your appointments. These metrics can be used to optimise your client relationship, customer centricity and internal organization.

How to access?

Go to My Team > Analytics
Filter on the desired timeframe
Select the desired employee or select all to have an overview on office level

All graphics are interactive, so you can click on them to get even more out of them
