What info is required to log a support-case?

If all above steps do not solve or answer your issue, please log a ticket.  Please provide following information to ensure swift handling of your case 

  • The meeting url
  • The timestamp, as accurate as possible when the issue occurred
  • Who was the host, who was the participant
  • Describe the issue (eg. image freezed, audio quality, shared content not readable)
