If you are experiencing poor audio quality or if you are informed that you are hardly understandable, there are a few actions you can take to address this issue.
Hardware
- Make sure your audio devices are properly connected
- Make sure the correct input device is selected
- Make sure the microphone is not physically blocked
Network
Degraded network performance can have a big impact on the call quality. Please make sure to have a stable and performant connection. Where possible, use a wired connection.
If finding a better reception or stable connection is not an option or not solving the issue, try to (temporarily) switch off your camera in order to lower the bandwidth usage. This will improve the audio part of your call. Do note that, even when your camera is not active, you are still able to present a file or share your screen.
In order to switch off your camera, click the camera icon in the toolbar. If, anywhere during the call, you want to re-enable your camera feed, click the camera icon in the toolbar again.
If the video feed is completely frozen and there is no audio output for several seconds, connection to the call is lost. To rejoin the call,
